In 2008-2009 the Sudbury Catholic District School Board’s South/Central family of schools underwent an accommodation review. This process gave rise to the creation of Holy Cross, a state of the art green elementary school in the city’s south end, and an expansion of St Benedict Catholic Secondary School. Holy Cross opened in September 2012.
Holy Cross is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school offering both regular and French Immersion programming.
